SRT Sunday

Today was a Good Day.  It warmed up to above 45 degrees and while it was pretty gloomy most of the day, it was just the sort of break I needed from the iced over winter tomb that my life has been feeling like lately.



My husband and I went for a walk on the local river trail and lucked out on a section that was mostly melted and easy pavement walking.  (As opposed to the scramble over a sheet of pure ice and snow pack that Molly, Perri and I struggled through in 20 degree weather last weekend...)
We only did about two miles round trip of easy walking but it just felt so great to Be Out.
