| WHEEE!! We went hiking on the Appalachian Trail yesterday! |

| It was ridiculously steep and icy! So ... we turned around! (Daddy came along and did NOT want to be ice scrambling.) |

| Across the river from the AT trailhead is the Schuykill River Trail. |

| So we drove a bit further up north and walked around the Centralia, PA area. This is a steam vent that was placed in the ground as one of many (failed) efforts to stop the underground mine fire. |
